Challenges:

Delivering this mixed use retail project needed to meet the contrasting needs and requirements of its major retailers Coles Express, Liquorland and Aldi. Site progress updates were also a major requirement of the occupiers, as many senior stakeholders were unable to access the location, with tight time demands placed on the respective tenant occupation start dates.

Solutions:

PPM engaged each stakeholder early in the design phase, ensuring detailed understanding of their operational needs was also included. PPM instituted video tours of the site for external stakeholders to reference. Tightly managed PCG meetings became a vital means of solving issues promptly and ensuring communication remained on point.

Results:

The project was delivered as per program and under budget, enabling Stakeholders to commence trading on program.
