Challenges:

Delivering this as a greenfield project for the original Developer, this 35,000m² Sub-Regional Shopping Centre required PPM to deliver full scope of Project Management services including Super-intendent services and Tenant co-ordination.

Solutions:

PPM undertook all Design management and preparation of Design briefs, negotiation and implementation of Consultant agreements. PPM also ensured strong and effective lines of communication with the client and project team were established, ensuring actions were achieved and client was well informed, rather than relying on PCG meetings.

Results:

Tenancy co-ordination for Majors and Specialties was carried out on programme/successfully, with the Centre opening ahead of programme and to budget.
