Challenges:

Delivering this a 25,000m² Neighbourhood Shopping Centre PPM needed to convey its strong knowledge of the design requirements of various Majors and Specialties to the design team.

Solutions:

PPM worked with the client to apply their knowledge of the Briefs and requirements of Majors, ensuring the design would be able to accommodate these. Dealing with changing requirements of the Majors, PPM used its extensive contractual knowledge to ensure the client was protected while ensuring the Tenant was also dealt with commercially and properly accommodated.

Results:

The project is being delivered well ahead of program, and approximately 10% under budget, with all project milestones and targets being met for the client and Tenants.
