Challenges:

23,000m² integrated fitout for EY as part of Cbus Property’s development of the former HWT Building required clear direction from PPM to coordinate fitout requirements to match the base building construction programme and ensure an overall successful outcome for all stakeholders.

Solutions:

PPM established project procedures and relationships which promoted a successful collaboration between the base build and fitout design teams to solve at times competing objectives.

Results:

The successful integration of EY’s fitout was achieved, on program and to original project budget, and has been very well regarded by EY staff.
