Challenges:
PPM was engaged to deliver 104 apartments, retail and basement car-parking for 76 cars, over 16 storeys on this project.
Solutions:
To maximise the apartment yield in line with the planning permit, PPM introduced a fully automated car stacker system which incorporated 5 levels of basement parking.
Results:
Optimum car parking provisions were achieved on a restricted site which maximised apartment yields and sales returns. Construction cost was contained by working closely with the Builder under a fully designed and documented process.
