Challenges:

PPM was required to interpret the design brief and review schematic design drawings, then manage the design and delivery of a fitout of 4,000m². The project was tailored to the specific client reporting and decision requirements. Changes were made to fitout requirements mid-project, the fitout was also undertaken whilst the building was fully occupied by other tenants, requiring no impact or disruption caused.

Solutions:

PPM implemented our experience gained in the commercial office space, by ensuring a streamlined design input and sign-off process for the client. PPM also ensured the program for occupation remained on track, by delivering the benefits of PPM’s strong contractual understanding in AFL negotiations and management within the requirements imposed by the Building managers.

Results:

AHPRA were able to expedite occupation of the premises for the client, whilst achieving maximised outcomes for them under the terms of the AFL. The workspace delivered has been as per original design, program and to budget, with the client able to negate costs associated with its previous premises with its earlier access.
