Challenges:

As one of Melbourne’s iconic buildings, this 34 storey project required the integration of 44,000m² NLA of office space (inclusive of integrated office fitout for EY of 23,000m²) along with 56 apartments and 6 existing retail operations including the prestigious Press Club restaurant.

Solutions:

PPM needed to utilise its combined skills gained across the residential and commercial sectors to ensure the programs were all robustly planned and integrated. PPM implemented strong project leadership, using detailed master programs, tightly managed cost-planning, and effective reporting to the client.

Results:

The successful integration of the residential, retail and commercial components was achieved, on program and to original project budget, with the continued occupation of major Tenants.
