PPM Team Training at new Rail Projects Victoria Office Space

Today the PPM team visited the construction site for the new Rail Projects Victoria Office space at Sunshine Plaza as part of PPM’s internal training. The training session reviewed the challenges of converting an existing retail space into an A-grade office. The works have been overseen by PPM Project Managers Johnson Fang and Paul Rowland on behalf of our client 328 Hampshire Road Pty Ltd. The construction works involved the demolition of precast for window openings, creation of a centre courtyard, raising the roof to allow for a new mezzanine level, expansion of the tenancy with End of Trip Facilities and the complete fit out of the tenancy space – all whilst maintaining a focus on natural light. The Rail Projects Victoria Team will co-locate to the offices later this year, bringing over 300 staff and potential customers to the area and is part of the exciting broader Sunshine Station and Melbourne Airport Rail Link projects.
