Opalia Melton – Woolworths Handover

Today we reached a significant milestone in the construction of EIG Development’s Opalia Plaza, Melton South’s newest retail, dining and lifestyle hub, the Handover of the Woolworths Tenancy.

Set to be a vibrant, community based neighbourhood centre for both Opalia residents, and the Greater Melton area, Opalia Plaza will be anchored by confirmed tenants Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, KFC, EG Fuelco and McDonald’s 1000th store. The centre will also feature a Kool Kidz Childcare, a Yes Yes Indian Supermarket and many other exciting retailers.

Despite the challenges we have faced with these COVID-Restrictions, we’re incredibly proud to continue to deliver the project in a COVID-safe manner as well as deliver a project which will serve as a hub for many essential needs/services for the Melton community.
