Glen Huntly Road – Project Update

PPM is pleased to assist Residentia Property Group in progressing works on the mixed-use development at 421-439 Glen Huntly Road, Elsternwick. The project consists of six retail tenancies on the ground floor, first floor offices, and 22 upmarket apartments over five floors. Car parking is provided for 36 vehicles in 2 basement levels.

The upper building facade is unique, appearing as a staggered curtain wall. Complexities of the project include retention of the existing heritage facade and heritage features, diversion of authority assets, and tight construction access being on a busy intersection.

Demolition and facade retention is now complete, with piling commencing shortly.
