Project updates for August 2025:
- 1,000 lots in total
- 80% sold
- 60% settled
- 20% currently under construction, with 15% nearing settlement
- Another 10% of lots to commence construction in the next month
Key infrastructure delivered to date:
- Sewer pump station and rising main
- Sewer trunk main
- Road upgrades
- Power undergrounding and removal of overhead lines
- Wetland retarding basin
- Bridge culvert
With strong sales momentum, steady settlements, and major infrastructure milestones achieved, the Austin project is well on track to deliver a thriving new community in Lara.
