Located near the first exit of the Westgate Bridge and within close proximity of Spotswood shopping hub, Union Quarter is a new major neighbourhood shopping, community and residential precinct, sprawling out over 2 hectares of land.  Only minutes from Spotswood Train Station, it includes basement car park, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s, Medical Centre, Chemist, Café, Specialty retail and over 330 residential apartments.

Construction has commenced, with bulk earthworks and site retention well underway and project is due for completion second quarter of 2022.
