Challenges:

This development of a 27,000m² GLA greenfield retail precinct for MAB Corporation, included managing full design and construction delivery of the project, overseeing the integration of tenants ranging from a DFO outlet to 23 Specialities, anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket. PPM scope included full Development Management and Project Management services from Town Planning application through to delivery of the infrastructure and tenant coordination

Solutions:

PPM adopted its strong client-focus in the development of briefs and value management of design, liaising closely with Tenants to ensure their critical timeframes were met.

Results:

The project was delivered to programme and budget, and overall University Hill Retail precinct was quickly established as a well trading precinct, enabling the client to realise a strong return on sale later.
