PPM has been appointed as Project Manager for the completion of the Strathalan Community Retirement Living project which will comprise a mix of Independent Living Units and Independent Living apartments together with Community Facilities and retention of the historic Homestead Building

The successful completion of the Strathalan Community Retirement Living project will require the comprehensive coordination and engagement of all stakeholder interests which goes beyond merely delivering a design and construction outcome

PPM together with Baptcare is establishing the processes and procedures to achieve the necessary stakeholder involvement and support during the completion of the design phase so that construction can confidently proceed
