Challenges:
A 15 level building comprising 61,000m² NLA, to achieve a 6 star Green Star rating, inclusive of Tri-Gen plant and Blackwater treatment system. Engaged to ensure completion of the base building and integrated fitout works, liaising between client, Builder, Tenant Representatives, Design team, and fitout subcontractors to resolve at times competing agendas, within the pre-determined project timeframe.
Solutions:
Several aspects of the base building design required strong technical knowledge and project leadership. PPM devised and managed dedicated and specialised building contracts procedures and consultancy agreements, to ensure NAB and its consultants would be able to fully integrate their part of the project.
Results:
The successful delivery by PPM enabled Woods Bagot and NAB to affect organisational change and achieve significant business efficiencies through the design, within the framework of a high quality building.
