PPM provided the full scope of occupancy services for the client in delivering their premises from site sourcing to operation. This $7m project required PPM to develop the client organisational/spatial functional brief, source, evaluate, select and negotiate on the building, then deliver the 6,000m² fitout over 3 levels including commercial kitchens, chapel and prayer room, training spaces, retail shop, all to be certified to 4 Green Star ESD.
PPM provided comprehensive programming and cost planning advice for the client, to enable them to develop their own internal approvals and facilitate the delivery of the project. Throughout, PPM provided a strong client focus by managing the project team very closely for them.
The Salvation Army was relocated and installed in new premises to meet with their brief, ensuring their organisation transitioned to new premises with very limited disruption, and were able to gain maximum organisational benefit from the new premises.
