The project was located in a sensitive environmental location, dealing with a difficult planning authority, and needing to deliver a large scale project of 287 apartments. PPM was engaged to provide extensive project management capability to deliver three buildings in sequence within the restrictions of the highly specified design and quality benchmarks, tight program, and within a highly sensitive environmental location.
PPM needed to liaise closely with the client, this was done by providing direct input from the PPM Director throughout the project to ensure adherence to the exacting client requirements.
All stages were successfully and cohesively delivered across their design, sales and construction programmes. The project was delivered on program and budget, with a high level of design finish.
