Working to a very short timeframe, PPM needed to determine buildability aspects and manage the designer to reconfigure the existing workspace, ensuring greater efficiencies in density while delivering increased productivity for the client.
Concentrating on outcomes, rather than merely the process itself, PPM developed the master program and detailed programs for design and documentation which enabled the client greater visibility of the project. PPM ensured adherence by all contractors to milestones and reporting via PCG meetings, which also ensured capture of client variations.
The client moved into their new 2,000m² fitout on program and within budget.
