This significant project required delivery of two separate 5 Star Green star office towers totalling 75,000m² NLA across half a Melbourne CBD block, with thirty mixed use retail and place-making elements at ground level and integrated fitouts each for three separate tenants. Effective coordination of the various separate project teams was vital.
Working closely with the client to ensure we aligned with their own internal requirements, PPM developed specialised project procedures to successfully manage the separate design teams with competing their requirements.
PPM’s client-focussed approach ensured both the project and team were managed effectively. Alignment with the business model of the client, including managing the incoming tenants, ensured PPM was able to ensure the project outcomes remained the primary focus.
PPM was able to implement a staged occupation for the Developer of separate Tenants while meeting competing demands of each of the Tenants. The project achieved strong leasing results, and the overall quality of the project delivered was affirmed later when Cbus achieved a strong yield on its sale.
