Challenges:

PPM acted as development managers and project managers for the construction and fitout of this landmark building.  PPM advised Telstra during the land acquisition phase, functional briefing, design, procurement, fitout, occupation and post occupancy phases of the project

Solutions:

Innovative solutions including novated design, base building pre-planning for fitout, modular fitout components and cost in use benefit analyses provided significant benefits for Telstra and have been copied in many similar projects since

Results:

PPM’s role included the full engagement and briefing with the Telstra Board, Telstra Business Units, Telstra Staff and Workplace Unions which resulted in a smooth and well received relocation of staff into the Corporate Building with many of the innovations introduced in the Corporate Building later rolled out for Telstra accommodation on a National basis
